1. Service Features:
Requirements of quality assurance system is strictly followed during our working while standardized operation flow is in practice and latest tendency of various sectors is traced in time. Religious quality system has secured the favor of an increasing number of customers.
2. Operation Flow
1) Receiving documents for translation
Upon receipt of a customer¡¯s entrustment for translation (electronic / printed / Email / Fax), calculate the number of characters, price and delivery time, and let the customer sign the ¡°Entrustment Letter for Translation¡± while collecting 50% of the amount payable as advance payment.
2) Project Analysis
Analysis shall be made over the technical extent and difficulty based on the original documents provided by the customer, confirming the trade category it falls into, working out the list of required vocabulary and that of most frequency (to be filed in the meanwhile), for purpose of keeping the terms consistent in the translation version.
3) Designating translator
A translator /Translators with relevant experience or background shall be designated and the initial review shall be made upon completion of the translation.
4) Second Review
Professional proofreader shall conduct a second review over the version receiving initial review, including terms, consistency, language structure and touch-up, etc.
5) Third Review
Project manager shall check again the version reviewed twice regarding figures and data as well as layout.
6) Contact customer for clarification and confirmation if there is anything not clear or certain in the original so that a final revision will be made before delivered to customer while collecting full amount of translation fees.
7) Sum Up:
Upon completion of a project, customer¡¯s satisfaction will be followed up for any feedback and comments as well as suggestions, filed into electronic archival repository, which shall be shared among the project team for study, reference and self improvement.
